Superhero Superfoods

The book we have focused on this week is called ‘Supertato’ by Sue Hendra.Β  The children have been learning about healthy foods and how different fruit and vegetables help our bodies.Β  All children by the end of next week will have had the chance to make a smoothie containing spinach, blueberries, banana and other yummy ingredients.

  3. Wow! Some fabulous informative posters. I wonder if some of the children could write the recipe for making a smoothie. I’ve never done it and I bet there’s a lot of others who would love to know too.
