Yesterday everyone in Reception and Year 1 went all the way to South Yorkshire to see animals from around the world! From meerkats to polar bears and lemurs to tigers, we were so lucky to see so many animals enjoying open spaces in different habitats.
What a memorable day!
It was a fab day – our highlights were the giraffes and the wallabies (which hopped right past us!)
It was great to see the children using their maps of the park and sharing their knowledge about where in the world each animal lived.
Thanks to staff and children for a lovely day.
It was a brilliant day out. The children was amazing and the animals were fantastic.
Very lucky children to be able to go all the way to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park – it looks like it was a great day enjoyed by all!
A great day out! Freddie thoroughly enjoyed it! It looks like he wasn’t the only one! Thank you for organising such a memorable experience!
A long day filled with learning. Each group have shared some of their experiences. The children and adults were tired out at the end of the day. No doubt some more lasting memories. Some fabulous photographs Mrs Jackson Thank you for posting.
