Today we had special guests with us on our Forest Friday:our parents and grandparents. We were really excited to show them what we do in the wildlife garden every week.
First we went over the rules so that our families knew what to do and then we went off to explore the activities and show our families around the garden.
Our parents and grandparents were really well behaved and joined in with the activities so we gave them a drink and a biscuit which we had made earlier in the morning.
Some of us went home with soggy feet and muddy faces but that didn’t matter because we’d had a wonderful afternoon. 
Another busy afternoon with parents and children benefitting from time in the nature area.
