The children had a wet, muddy but delightful time in the wildlife area. The hens came to join us for a while and were fed a feast of sweet corn and other goodies. The children enjoyed painting with mud on a shower curtain and one or two attempted crushing grass and leaves to make green paint. Some children continued working in a team to build walls out of real bricks whilst others discovered a magical fairy house developed by the incredibly talented Mrs Hobbs.
Another fabulous Forest Friday – I think the children will remember these days for a very long time.
