Rowling Class and the Bees celebrated the Queen’s Official Birthday by putting on their very own version of the Trooping of the Colour parade in the school playground! Smart lines were formed, chins were held high and shoulders were back. The General and two officers led the parade past two very royal looking Queens who inspected the troops for smartness. Music was marched to and knees were high. Phew! Luckily, bearskin hats didn’t fall off and no one fainted in the heat! Well done to all and a very happy birthday to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

Wonderful children I am sure the Queen would be delighted with her Birthday Parade.
A fabulous Parade – everyone looked very smart and looked to be having a great time.
We checked out the Queens’s Wave in the assembly at the end of the day. It was superb. I’m looking forward to seeing the work from classes on display in the hall and on the blog over the next week.
Thanks Mrs Lumsdon for supporting all classes yesterday and throughout the week.
Well done Rowling and Bees classes. That was brilliant!
