Fot my homework I made a bird cake. I used bird seeds and lard. To make it I melted lard in a pan then I added seeds and then stirred the mixture, next I got a yogurt pot and some string and made a knot in the sring then filed the pot with mixture and put it in the fridge to set.When I got to school I hung it up in the tree.

I was very excited when you told me you’d brought cake in Imogen! Until you added that it was bird cake. I’m sure the local birds will be thrilled though!
