How are you feeling today?

The children loved our Jigsaw lesson last week. We looked at an assortment of photos and the children had to work together to sort them into different emotions. 

We talked about times when we have felt sad or excited and discussed ways in which we could help ourselves feel better.

As a whole class we sat in a circle and practised being calm and peaceful. The children breathed in a big breath through their nose and imagined a colour flowing out of their mouth as they breathed out.
