Mrs Cross and Mr Peoples met with Didier from our partner school in Toulouse to plan our future correspondence between our key stage two classes. There were some interesting revelations (like their two hour lunchtime). We were both exhausted after giving every ounce of effort to remember our French!
It was so nice to meet Didier and hear how the children at his school in Toulouse enjoyed receiving their Pancake day cards from us, assisted in translation by my daughter, Isla (thank you- your help was definitely needed at times!). We’re looking forward to learning more about Easter traditions in our different countries and exchanging Easter cards (Joyeuses Pâques!) too!
