Children across school have been taking part in piano lessons with Mrs Low, our excellent piano teacher. Today, the children and Mrs Low put on a spectacular concert showcasing what the children had been learning in their first 5 lessons with her. The children were incredible and entertained their audience fantastically well. We were even treated to a full song at the end by Katie, who had learned the song by heart.
Mrs Low explained to parents the different stages the children were at and how they were beginning to use the key including using one hand or two, using colours or numbers and understanding musical terminology.
Thanks to all the children who played so confidently after only 5 piano lessons! I am extremely proud of everything you’ve achieved and I’m already planning a Christmas show! 😉
