Summer Fair Fun

Today we held the annual school summer fair and this year we have had beautiful weather.

There were lots of different stalls offering a huge range of activities: dunking apples; penalty shoot out; gardening club stall; hanging baskets and plants; milking the cow; name a teddy; marble run; nail and hair bar; bottle and jar stall; and MORE!

The Year 6 children produced their own stalls and we have been amazed by their creativity and organisational skills.

The wafts of burgers and sausages also drew people in from Northallerton and the queue for the delicious cakes was very long (but worth it).

A huge ‘ Thank you’ to all the parents and volunteers who help to organise this event every year. It really is appreciated and is also such a fun event with everyone coming together ( especially when the sun shines!).

  1. A fabulous event – thanks to everyone who help set up, run stalls, served and made refreshments, bought raffle tickets or who brought their children along to enjoy the fun.

  2. Thank you to the PTA for organising events like this and to parents for their donations to help raise funds for school. The children really do benefit. Recently the PTA donated some money to Galileo class for some wireless headphones. Thank you!
