Children in Year 3/4 have been learning about digestion this week. As well as labelling diagrams, the children used plastic bags, tights, foil dishes, orange juice and a paper cup to represent the stomach, small intestine, body, stomach acid and rectum. They then had a go a digesting banana and crackers. It was messy and fun.
